  • GAG girls weigh in, week two complete induction

Well, we had our second weigh in Friday night. We have also had two new members!
    1. SW 276 CW 263 MEASUREMENTS (INCHS LOST TOTAL) = 4.5**
    2. SW 199 CW 189 MEASUREMENTS (INCHS LOST TOTAL) = 9.5
    3. SW 212 CW 207 MEASUREMENTS (INCHS LOST TOTAL) = 11.5
    4. SW 189 CW 181 MEASUREMENTS (INCHS LOST TOTAL) = 7
    5. SW 181 CW 176 (Only one week on induction) MEASUREMENTS (INCHS LOST TOTAL) = 8

**#1 is our diabetic member. Her starting blood sugar level was 190. Her current blood sugar level is 116.

We are very excited to see the numbers, either on the scale or the tape, get smaller and smaller. Our next weigh in will be once again Friday evening and the emails and texts that go on all through out the week are full of menus, obstacles and questions. We all very excited to see how each one of our bodies react. Also, we did include the ketone strips last Friday and compared the different levels shown. We all had a med/dark shade of purple.

I look forward to posting our next week totals. Week four we have all agreed to post before and after pics for our one month anniversary!
Proud to be a GAG girl!!!

What a great support group you have got going

Terrific results so far for all of you
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
