You don't need luck! You're doing fine! Keep that acceptable food list handy and don't stray from it and you'll be well on your way to meeting your goals. Don't forget your water and exercise!
thanks guys, i have a question though, in the book it has a warning about bacon and hidden sugars. But in the same warning it says 4onces of organ meat a day. Is there a limit on bacon. I had five pieces, wasnt crisp but cooked nicely. After being on WW for so long its hard to switch into a eating fat mode =) - i found i couldnt finish my omlette too - its alot more food than im used to on WW- hehe will take time to switch my head over i guess...

No - we are to eat till satisfied but not stuffed!
So if it took 5 slices to make you satisfied that is fine. :hug
Now bacon is quite salty so drink extra water to flush that salt out.
