  • Day Two of Induction - Im back!

    Hi All,

    Im back again... i keep drifting away but due to not feeling great recently im back!!

    Im on day two and im not going to lie, its fairly easy this time because i have been preparing my food the nights before and have lay out meal plans!

    BUT.... Today after breakfast (2 sausages, 1 scrambled egg and a small piece of cheese) I was still starving!

    Its so unusual... Usually i would have a bowl of special K cereal and a cup of tea and i would be full untill lunchtime. I just cant understand it considering i ate more on the Atkins diet today then i would usually....

    Anyway! Its great to be back! Looking forward to my daily updates!

    Welcome back!

    If you're hungry, eat a snack between breakfast and lunch... or eat more for breakfast.

    You could also add some vegetables to your breakfast.

      I think im going to bring in my celery sticks tomorrow and have some celery and cream cheese for my snack before lunch1

          Just had my lunch - Chicken and Celery mixed with Mayo and had a cup of decaf with a spoon full of whipped cream on top.

          Feeling very full now!! Almost Sleepy!!

          Have tomorrows dinner planned too - The Atkins Chilli with the cheese shells! Yummy!! I feel excited now again!!

          ITS GREAT TO BE BACK!!

              I make the sausages with my Mum!
              • 4 pounds pork shoulder
              • 1 pound pork fat
              • 40 grams salt
              • 6 grams cracked black pepper
              • 1 cup minced fresh parsley
              • 1 head garlic, peeled and chopped
              They are yummy! We just blend them and put them on skewers and grill. Sometimes i buy the sausage meat from the butchers and mix with herbs and salt and pepper.

                Just found an APP for my Iphone!! You insert the weights of what you have eaten and it summarises each day giving you your total carb intake and records your weight!! Its perfect for me because i will be able to see the results as i go every day!
