So excited to share that I'm on day 5 of the Intro and I've reached my first mini goal
I have so much more energy now and feel really good. I've been doing a 30 minute/2 mile brisk walk each day after work and its definitely helping. The only problem I'm finding is that I am struggling to go to sleep because I'm too awake.
I'm sure its because of the evening exercise, but I struggle to get it done in the morning (at least on Mon - Fri). I'd rather do it in the evening than not at all. If anyone has any sleep remedies, or has experienced the same thing, please let me know.
