Alright here is another question that just popped up in my head!
I got my ketosticks last week and have checked them every once in a while.
In the morning they are dark dark purple....but as the day goes on they go to the lower end and are a fleshy pink colour. Could this just be due to the amount of water I am drinking? Because I have certainly not gone over on the carb intake! Im just curious why is darker in the mornings than it is in late afternoon and evening?
