  • Inches lost

    Ever since I have started Atkins I was a little skeptical if it would work or not. So far I have lost 2 pounds (I would want to lose more) but the thing is that now I'm not concerned as much as losing the pounds but losing inches. I was so impressed when I lost inches of my hips and thighs. It was definitely something to admire (for lack of a better word). It made SUCH a difference. I remember when I weighed a little more (but I had lost weight) but you couldn't really tell the difference, it was like "I lost weight" & my mom was like yeah and even me, I was like "stupid scale I bet it broke" because I couldn't really see any difference in my body.....But after I couple of days in Atkins, I could fit into my jeans that once gave me a muffin top. Ahh I'm so obsessed with that, I really really want to lose more inches, because I mean don't get me wrong I'm happy that I have lost inches but I want to lose more, sometimes I try on my old shirts that would fit me tight and make me look fat but now I try them on and I feel good but I want to feel great. I don't know if I'm making sense or not. The point is I want to lose more inches, I want all that fat that is still chillin on my hips to vanish! I wonder what else I can do to see that dissapear?

    what are you doing for the exercise part of your atkins? walking can help take off inches
