  • Finished Induction last week

I finished my induction last Thursday, but have been too busy to post. My scale was broken until about four days into the diet so I don't know my exact starting weight. From the day a got my new scale until last Thursday I lost six pounds. My body fat according to my scale had gone from 27% to 22%. The only complaint I had was being hungry after dinner and needing to snack a lot. On to OWL!

congrats on your great start. if you are hungry right after you ate dinner you may not be eatting a large enough serving of your protein foods or you are eating a craving triggerring food and need to remove it from your eating plan.

enjoy those yummy induction veggies as your first new addition in OWL. 5 net grams plus your 3 cups
