  • Beer!!!!!!!!!

    Ohhh how I would love to have one right now! Lol
    Ok well maybe not this very second since its only 11:41am...
    but at work this morning I was asked to meet them all for a couple of drinks later tonight....I stopped and must have looked stunned, thought for a minute and then just shook my head! Lol Of coarse everyone knows that I am doing this "Atkins thing" is how they say it! lol
    So everyone shares a laugh or two and say's just one??? I just said...nope because if I have one....I will never forgive myself!!
    So here is my little plan...
    I immagine by the time I reach my goal it will be june or july (give or take)
    I will have that beer on a hot sunny day while floating around in the pool! I can see it in my head right now...only this summer I will be in a Bikini and not hiding in the corner trying to cover myself!!! LOL Thats my little deal Im making with myself!
    LOL you all must think that Im a nut job after reading this....but I'd say its a pretty sensible deal! Lol

    So are you going out with your friends or not?
    You don't have to end your socializing with your friends. Just have a Perrier or a S. Pelligrino with a slice. It won't be long before you can enjoy your beer again. But you do not have to hide until then. HAVE a GREAT TIME!

    Is anyone going to care what is in your glass?

      Personally, I am diggin' on it. Changing your life is a cruel $%&# and you have to WANT it. I think it is cool you could have a vision of what you want and that is more important to you than "having just one" (insert whatever here).

        I remember my plan ... I would have some chocolate or Thin Mints when I lost 25 pounds.

        When that happened, I realized that having chocolate or Thin Mints wouldn't help me with my goals.
