  • Day 3 of induction

Hi all!! I am now on day 3 of induction. I have not got on the scales yet becaue I am waitng until 3/22 so i will offically have done it 2 weeks. I have done really good so far. Last ngiht I had alot of carbs left over for the day so I had grilled chicken strips and around 3 cups of steamed brocolli. I melted alot of butter on it & sprinkled with parmesaen cheese. It was so good.

But......today for lunch I had a grilled chicken ceasar salad from Applebees no crutons. ow many pints should I count for this? I was just a regular size salad?

Also I have been drinking around 6 water bottles of water a day, so 6 pints. Is this enough

    Pints?

    Do you mean points?

You would have to know how many cups of ingredients were in the salad in order to figure out the net carbs.

With practice, you might be able to eyeball a store bought salad as to how many "cups" of lettuce there is.

6 pints of water is enough.

You might consider not buying all those individual bottles though ... not good for the environment. You can buy a reusable bottle.

        >>I reuse the same bottle.>>

Is it a bottle designed to be reused? Or one you bought that already had water in it ... it's not really safe to reuse those.
