    I love goya Adobo seasoning the ingrediants are :

    salt, granulated garlic ,tricalcium, phosphate ,(prevents caking)oregano, blackpepper and turmeric

    Is this allowed ????????? Please help

    I don't see anything that isn't allowed.

    Caution: too much salt can make you retain water...but the more water you drink, the less you will retain Also, I would cound carbs for that...garlic has a lot of carbs in it. What is the serving size on the nutrition label, and does it show carbs (or round down to zero)? If it shows 0, I would cound .5 carbs per serving.

        It's not zero carbs.

        All spices have carbs.

        I would count at least 0.5 per serving ... the serving on the bottle, not how much you think is a serving.
