    I finally caved and bought decaf cofee, bought some splenda, skipped my morning energy drink. I even made about a weeks worth of food so it would be on hand when I need it. Then I for gow my lunch at home.

    I will be fine, I will just buy a burger at lunch and take the bread off of it.

    Had a nice drop of 1.6 lbs on day one. I am bbq'ing this weekend. Should be fun.

    All time high- 274 (Feb 2010)
    Atkins Start date- 2-26-2010
    Start weight- 274
    1st Minigoal- 250(reached 3-25-2010)
    2nd Minigoal- 235(reached 4-22-2010)
    3rd Minigoal- 219 (that would make me no longer obese)
    Goal- 200

    Ahh that sucks. Well good that you have a plan there. If you are used to a lot of caffeine you may have a head ace if you suddenly cut it all out.
