I finally caved and bought decaf cofee, bought some splenda, skipped my morning energy drink. I even made about a weeks worth of food so it would be on hand when I need it. Then I for gow my lunch at home. 
I will be fine, I will just buy a burger at lunch and take the bread off of it.
Had a nice drop of 1.6 lbs on day one. I am bbq'ing this weekend. Should be fun.
