  • Day 5 and feeling great!!!

    today is day 5 for me and I feel greater than great thanks to all of you. I have been reading here a lot and that's what's keeping me on track. Today I checked my weight and it's 186 so that is 4lbs loss. I love this and even if it slows down, it is still ok because any loss is better than doing nothing about my weight.
    I can't say thank you enough

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        Thank you guys. Day 6 and still feeling good and can already see the change!!!
