  • Uh Oh Help Please

    Well I into week 3 of induction and stilll no more than 8 lbs gone. I revisied my reading materials today and realized I have not been doing this correctly at all. I have been eating way more veggies than allowed - some even not on the inducton list but have totally been successful with no sugar. Anyway, I am happy with the progress and have done a major grocery haull preparing to bein anew tomorrow.

        When I first bought my book about 5 yrs ago, I read it cover to cover....so when I started over 3 weeks ago, I skipped the parts I "already knew" and went straight to the induction part......Well, I've found that there's many many things I didn't remember....things I've read on here that make me say "oh yeah, I forgot about that" so needless to say, I started the book again....from the beginning for a refresher course sounds like your heading in the right direction though...keep up the good work!!!

          congrats on discovering you can do Atkins OWL and lose weight.
          I hope you are not restarting induction but are just cleasning up the 3 cup veggies and adding 5 net more of them so you arer on OWL rung one where you should be.
