Hello! I am on day five of atkins and thought I would introduce myself. I have lost 4.4 pounds so far and had a few questions.
1. I use fitday to enter my meals...what is the ideal percentage of fat/ protein and carbs? (I have the book but didn't see this)
2. Does my menu look ok?
Breakfast- 2 fried eggs, 3-4 bacon strips
Snack- 1 cup broccoli, 1 tbsp ranch
Lunch- 2 hamburger patties, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp mustard
Dinner- Tuna Salad - 13 oz can of tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 cups ice berg lettuce
Snack- Cheese stick
I have been drinking around 80 oz of water
