hi everybody, iv been doin induction for 2 weeks and i have not lost 1lb im so dissapointed, i wondering if it's enything to do with taking ACai Berry Detox?

It is good to have another member posting from our side of the pond.
I don't know what is in the product you are using, but if you list the ingredients maybe we can spot a likely suspect?
Also it might be that you are including something in your menus that should not be there on induction. We have a special forum called 'Review my menu' where you can post a list of what you have ben eating including quantities for some troubleshooting advice.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Welcome. Sorry you are frustrated. But some of have kind of lousy beginnings. It is the end that counts. I promise.
Let us know what you eat. You menu and what this acai berry detox is? Maybe we can help you be more successful
My advice right now would be not to try to double things up. It is a sign of a mindset - someone in too much hurry. This needs commitment and a mindset that it may time a while but that it is worth to get rid of bad habits and layers of body fat. And to get to good health.

Berries aren't allowed in induction and if I remember from reading the box at the store it has starches and other unatkins things in it too. Drop the detox and try for a clean induction.Atkins Start date: 01/18/2010--Now off plan for med reasons, still an Atkins lover!
