Yesterday I reached my 14th day of induction. I was doing so great... lost nearly 12 lbs in the first 10 days, but since then I've stayed the same. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong - definitely not going over my 20g of carbs. I've walked a total of 22 miles in 11 days (last walk was Saturday) and I'm feeling good. Is the weight likely to start coming off again as I continue with extended induction? Do I need to change something up? The only thing different that I at towards the end of the 14 day induction is some turkey sausage (Italian Jenny-O kind) which has zero carbs and I couldn't see any additional ingredients that looked bad. Could this be the problem as I've been staying away from foods with hidden ingredients, but I thought I couldn't go wrong with Jenny-O turkey.
