  • sigh, starting overr....

okay so the thursday before last, i posted a thread, saying that i'm gonna start.

and i'm a big believer in NO excuses. i hate them. BUT, i was really sick for the past week and a half, and i wasn't able to do much when it came to my diet//exercise. HOWEVER, i'm feeling better now, so it's game on for me. i'm currently still 185 pounds. and i'm 5'6. since tomorrow i will begin, i'm going to start posting every tuesday (along w/ biggest loser) and let everyone know my progress.

    mini goals -
175- treat myself to a manicure & pedicure
165- nice (but atkins friendly) dinner
155- buy myself a nice piece of jewelry
    145- spa treatment
135- GOAL -- $250 shopping spree -- andtreat myself to a weekend getaway with my love to the beach!

i'm veryyyy excited now. i have everything mapped out and organized, including my diet and work out schedule. i have no excuses anymore.

Good for you. This journey begins with that first step. I have just started back again myself so look forward to seeing how you are doing every Tuesday.
