I am one week into this, starting day 8 today. I have lost 8 lbs, and hope to lose 4 or 5 more before the end of next week. I like the way the diet is set up. I am using the different phases as weight loss rewards. If I am still losing weight at the end of the week, my reward will be moving on to OWL rung 1. Alittle extra veggies sounds good now. After that, I will be looking at the next rungs as a reward for persistance and weight loss. So far so good! I hope I can be down to 210 or 215 by kickoff of our first football game in late August!
