Your fat is up there which is good.
But on Atkins we try to eat 3 cups of veggies (or maybe around 10-15 carb worth - depending how carby the veggies are) So try to eat some more veggies. Some greens and stuff. It is very good for you and the nutrients seems to help most people with their losing.
Drink plenty of clean water

Welcome -- have you read the book? It's so helpful to get you started and even after you've been on plan awhile. Make sure you read the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution - it's what we use here.

You should enter your food in the raw state ... Fitday often adds ingredients to things like scrambled eggs ... which explains why the carbs are higher than if you choose "egg, whole, raw".
Your carbs are too low, imho, for today.
Olives aren't a vegetable, and you should specify whether black or green ... since the carb counts are different.
Just so you know, coffee actually has carbs ... it's figured at 1 net carb per 8 ounces.J.
