  • Ahhhggggggg!!

    Sadly lost the plot a bit, started a new job on the 8th and for the first week I was away from home and in a hotel without any decent facilities and spent a lot of time in the car so the WOE went out of the window as what with the stress of getting ready to start a new job I was unprepared and as a result I gained back 4lbs. I have been back on track all this week packing a suitable lunch every day. Weighed in this morning and am pleased to say I have managed to lose 2lbs so will have to be very strict for the next several weeks until my schedule settles into a routine. I was disappointed in myself and felt a bit down but feeling a little better now.

    Good for you for getting back to it...I'm planning most of my meals days ahead of time to make sure I have everything....always think ahead so you're prepared, that's the best advice I can give...good luck with your WOE and the new job

    1st mini goal....to lose 25 pounds (18 gone so far)
    2nd mini goal...to weigh 199
    3rd not so mini goal...to weigh 160 (maybe 155)

      Good advice there-its funny how if you dont plan ahead it can be too easy to go off plan
