22 pounds gone..FOREVER!!!

Im too enthused and excited!!! I have lost 22 pounds!!!! I am so happy but I really still cant see a difference..but anyhoo, Im stoked!!! I know I have a ways to go but everyday Im getting closer and closer..today is my 11th day of induction, so I just want to encourage everyone whos pressing forward, Keep it up!! your hard work WILL pay off!!!!!!!

Wonderful! Isn't this WOE wonderful? I was so delighted and surprised at how well it worked. Keep up the great work!

Start date: 2/22/04 347/222/135 ~ 5'2"
STAC Restart: 1/05/09
306/229/135 ~ 5'2" 77 lbs down!
Goal #1: 247 - 2nd 10% (59lbs, 247, also 100 lbs total loss) - Met 1/4/10!!!
Goal #2: 241 - Halfway to goal! (106 lbs lost) - Met 2/21/10!!!
Goal #3: 222 - 3rd 10% - Lowest Atkins weight
Goal #4: 210 - Still on track!
Goal #5: 200/199 - 4th 10% - One-derland! End year goal!
Female/Hypothyroidism/Arthritis/Fibromyalgia - If I can lose weight on this, so can you!

What a great start to your Atkins journey!!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

1st mini goal....to lose 25 pounds (18 gone so far)
2nd mini goal...to weigh 199
3rd not so mini goal...to weigh 160 (maybe 155)
