When I started the induction I could not see how I could get thru the week but I did! Weigh in toomorow so excited about that.dont feel hungry anymore, the headaches and sickness has gone and also have so much energy! Also, perhaps because I have lost a few LBs i am no longer experiencing the Knee pain that has bugged me for a few months.
Made some oopsie rolls yesterday so having 2 with butter for breakfast. Lunch is Chicken soup with brocolli in it. Dinner is BBQ lamb chops with a green salad.
]good things come to those who wait...

      Great going, Liz!

I am glad to hear that you are also getting relief from your knee pain too!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
