    Day 11, and over 11 lbs down!

    This is very encouraging!
    Age-36 years old
    Height- 5'11( I tell short people I am 6'0. they'll never know)
    All time high- 274 (Feb 2010)
    Atkins Start date- 2-26-2010
    Start weight- 274
    1st Minigoal- 250(reached 3-25-2010)
    2nd Minigoal- 235(reached 4-22-2010)
    3rd Minigoal- 219 (that would make me no longer obese)
    Goal- 200

    Very nice! Perhaps success will be sweeter than ice cream and cookies after all...
