  • OMG! 15lbs in the first week!!YAAYYY!!!!

    Couldnt wait until tomorow!! Have weighed myself and its 220!!! I was 235LB!!
    Now when I weighed myself last weekend I was TOM but hey!!! And I know alot of it would be water loss but hey!!
    Also measured. Strange. Lost an inch off my upper arm and 2 inches off my bust. But no change on waist, hips or thighs. Must be that the fat goes from the top first!!LOL

    So please!!! Cant wait for next Sunday!!!

        Oh, and didn't you know, the place you want the inches to go away from the most...is the LAST place they will leave!!!LOL...It is a LAW of NATURE...! (I am still trying to get that law changed!)

                  Are you working out or anything? Im starting to get upset i dont feel like im losing anything. I haven't weighed myself yet and i started feb 23rd. Im scared to, actually.. I know if i get on there and it says i haven't ill be crushed and probably stop doing atkins... and i dont want that..

                    Stress can affect your weight loss efforts so try not to think about what the scale may or may not say. Instead consider how you feel today compared to how you felt prior to starting on Atkins. Are you less tired? Do you still crave sugar like you once did? Do you have the same kind of mood swings? Do you sleep better? Are you still bingeing on problem foods?

                    Focus on the positive changes you likely have seen so far whether or not they have anything to do with weight specifically. You'll stress less and lose more as a result. Best of luck to you!
