    I wish you good planning.

Hopefully you're learning that planning is key.

      Did anybody mention planning?
Failing to plan is planning to fail -
Just continue. Sounds like you have a great day planned for tomorrow. A hike sounds wonderful.

        Hi ghc,
I read a very nice motto here on this site. Unfortunately I could not find it again, and I don't know anymore who wrote it. But it goes like this:

We can't go back & make a brand new start but we can start from now and make a brand new end.
        (tribute to the owner)

Good luck! You sound motivated. You will succeed.

          Re: fell of the wagon

Now you have learned a good lesson. Don't go out unprepared and hungry. However you do need to examine your actions--even in a mall you could probably have gotten a salad, so what made that temporary gratification overpower your desire to be thin at that moment? The million dollar question. I have had those moments myself lately and I am still looking for the answers.

                    Re: fell of the wagon

Great! Good that you are starting again. Make sure you don't go around hungry. Don't feel pushed about the exercises, that is very great too, but most important is a good eating pattern. That is the basis.

                    Good luck.
