My landlord just said I've lost a "ton" of weight

It's day 12... The landlord to the business I own just dropped by to talk about business... out of the blue he stopped and said, "You've lost a ton of weight! I can see it in your face." And I've got a coat on! Wow... I haven't weighed myself yet, but I know I've taken an inch and a half off my waist. Well, that's exciting. Thought I would share. I guess this diet really works!

I'm 26 years old, and I lost weight on this plan in 2005. I'm getting married in August and thought this would be the way to go after making little progress on other diets. I've got 20 lbs to lose for the big day!
