I was posting and I realized I hadn't eaten my lunch, so I zipped out to the truck and saw no lunch. I hope I didn't leave my lunch on top of my truck and drive off to work. I've done that with coffee cups and shoes before. I zipped out to BK and got 2 burgers with no buns or ketchup. It was like a burger salad with lettuce tomatoe and onion. Even the mayo had a list of ingredients. It was nice to know I could sneak away and get something that was ok to eat in a pinch. I do think in hindsight I should have only gotten one burger, I am full.
tip: if you have a fridge bring in 3-4 day's worth of lunch.

You can bring a head of lettuce, 3-4 chicken breasts (i make mine in the crockpot w/ butter), a bag of shredded cheese, and some dressing. Salad for 3-4 days.

Or lettuce leafs w/ pre-made burgers and some cheese slices. Have condiments available. I make 8 burgers and have 2 a day.

Bring in 5 day's worth of meat or chicken and have an arsenal of canned/frozed veggies you can nuke and add butter or even cream cheese/cheddar to.

This is much easier for me b/c I have to cook less, and only think about bringing in lunch twice or once a week.
