  • Starting Over?

I started induction four weeks ago, i lost three pounds in the two week period but, i haven't lost anything sense. Today i ate a grab bag of chips and two pieces of pecan candy out of frustration. So where do i go from here do i start all over again? I am only five pounds from my goal of 130 so if i start over how long would it take for me to lose the last five pounds?

The last pounds are hard to lose. You have to hang in there and work it. You are in induction so there is not much else to do than to get back to where you were. But once you have settled back try to go to OWL and add more veggies. Many people experience that more veggies helps them lose.

Liv is right, get yourself back into ketosis then move to OWL and start to add more vegetables to start working out what your CCLL is.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

you do not have to redo 14 days just eat induction to get back to ketosis in a day or two and then move to OWL. You actually could just make today day one of OWL but I have a feeling you are going to not like how you feel tomorrow from the chips and candy so it would not be a good feeling to have just after making the OWL switch.
