      Fantastic results!

I agree with you regarding moving on to OWL. While any amount of weight always seems like a lot to lose by the one carrying it, your stats suggest you are already almost halfway there in just two weeks of dieting. If you were to continue at this pace, you would possibly drop the rest within another month, but never really learn your CCLL or which foods are OK for you to eat. I'm confident there are plenty of helpful people here to help you as you move through the OWL rungs.

        Congratulations on your loss!

I second the 'move to OWL' suggestion.
It will allow you to expand your food choices which makes it easier to eat 'in the real world' and less likely for you to get bored with the limited food choices of induction.

And if you can discover your CCLL before you reach your goal weight you will be better equipped to plan your maintenance menus to be able to keep that weight down after the weightloss phases are finished with.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Your stats show you only have 35lbs left to lose. Take the quiz in the book and see if it says to move on or to stay a bit. I stayed about oh I dont' know 5 weeks or so on induction with no regrets. When my quiz answers changed I moved onto owl as the book suggests.
