My meal is roughly 10 net Carbs! Does that mean I should eat 2 times a day?

    Once cooked and kept in an airtight container it shouldl keep a week in a fridge I reckon if not longer.

      I do have access to a stove and microwave, however I am a inconsistent cook, sometimes I get it right but mostly I don't (bad skilz). thi frige space is quite small tho.

      Tuna canned I am not a fan, I read somewhere that can tuna does not have much good nutrients as the salmon and other omega 3 fishes.
      Other caned meats, most have some carbs (which I don't wanna waste), I tride some sausages canned, didn't like them.
