    I fell off the wagon

    :sadblinky :sadblinky :sadblinky

yes, about a month ago I ate bread and kept on eating it with lunches etc.

I haven't gained weight, infact have lost a couple of pounds but obviously not as much as I should have.

I need to get back on Induction, time to go home and read my book

    *sigh*

and ofcourse I haven't been here either for the last month.

    Forget it and start again!

We all make mistakes. Don´t worry. Just be sure about your aim and go for it! :hug

I wondered how you were doing.
Sorry to hear you have fallen under the spell of the bread monster :yikes
but glad to hear you havent gained weight yet. :hug

I hope that re-reading your DANDR will get you enthusiastic about the WOE again :yes You know you can do it - try one day (or even meal) at a time.

And if you can get back into the routine of logging in here each day and posting, that might help encourage you to keep to the programme.

We all want you to continue being a big loser - you CAN do it :joy
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Yes, tomorrow is a new day! We know you can do it, if you stay positive to yourself and your goals.

            Best Wishes:
