I know some folks suggest staying on Induction till you are half-way to your goal weight. I would like to know if I can do that but go on OWL only for the week before TOM and then going back to Induction once TOM has arrived. Has anyone else done this, and have they been successful with this routine. Any help would we welcomed.

Those people might not have read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution though.
That's not how it works!
Why not just move to OWL ... there's no point in "going back" to Induction after TOM.
You should lose your weight on OWL, not Induction.J.

Re: Going from Induction to Owl just for week before TOM and then back to Incuction a
Typically the weight you gain during TOM is water weight from water retention. And once TOM goes away, so does the water weight. I typically "gain" 3-5 pounds of water around my TOM, and it goes away.
If this happens to you, don't panic. Just stay the course and don't weigh or measure yourself until after TOM is gone.
