    Mayonnaise......

    Are there any brands that are allowed on the induction phase?? I have been reading the labels but am still confused!!!

    I use Hellmans. Most Mayo has sugar that is far enough down on the list, unless you eat a bunch of it, you wont' have any problems. I haven't heard of anyone stalling on regular Mayo. Some areas sell sugar free but I've never seen it.

      A lot of people use Hellmans (Best Foods) or Duke's. Duke's has no sugar.

        i would say most brands are as long as its not light mayonnaise ..full fat would be wise x

          I make my own mayo at home. only use 2 eggs, oil and some salt. Some people warranted me about the salmonella dangers, but Ive never seen anyone have a problema with this. At least I know that home made mayo is completely sugar free, therefore safe on induction.
