I got tired of my old standbys and wanted something fast, so tried this:
2 hard boiled eggs. Slice in half and spread a little mayo on each half, then salt and pepper. Easier than deviled eggs. Put on plate with 1-2 ounces whipped cream cheese. Very filling and gets you through a long workout.
