  • I'm so excited...I just had to share!

This is my second time trying Atkins. The first time I was on Atkins, i was bored on the third day so I quit. Then I realized i looked hidious and i had to do something about my weight. It was so rediculous, people were asking me if i was pregnant! I gained 50 lbs and 2-3 pant sizes in 6 months by just eating anything and everything. But now Im back on. It has been 10 days and I took a before picture but Im gonna wait to post that after 14 days but I am so excited I had to share this with you all...well i was so nervous to step on the scale in the last few days because i didnt really feel like i lost anything like in my pants or anything...but i did last night just for the **** of it and...I LOST 5 POUNDS!! Its not as much as I hoped for but then again I didnt think I lost anything. I know its not "by the book" but I am on a strick induction...i try to stay under 20 grams of carbs but sometimes I go to like 18-19 grams a day. Only because I have 50 pounds to loose by summer! Well now 45 lbs to loose! Im going to continue induction for about a month to see what happens...

    2nd Goal: 130 lbs
    Final Goal: 125 lbs

      What's not "by the book"?

i try to stay under 20 grams of carbs but sometimes I go to like 18-19 grams a day.
Do you think 18-19 grams is better than how you eat in general? Or worse?

      And are those net carbs?

Im going to continue induction for about a month
