  • Good Morning! It's day 1 for me!

    I introduced myself last week, but today I officially begin induction!

    I had 2 eggs, 2 slices of low sodium bacon (0 carbs) and a cup of decaf coffee with a teaspoon of cream for breakfast. At lunch I will be having about half of my allotted vegetables (veggies and dip mmmm), and the other half with my dinner.

    And I will be hitting the gym tonight with the boyfriend, lifting weights and doing some cardio... going to work on those challenges!!! Why did I sign up for the lunges challenge? Haha... I will overcome my hatred for them!!!!

    Are you also having some protein with your lunch and dinner?

    Also make sure you are not undereating calories... that can slow down your metabolism and make weight loss more difficult.

    Why did I sign up for the lunges challenge?

      Haha I guess that's why it's called a challenge!

      Yes... of course! I will be having protein with every meal, but for some reason I have problems eating vegetables in the morning.. especially raw vegetables which is how I prefer to eat them!
