I introduced myself last week, but today I officially begin induction!
I had 2 eggs, 2 slices of low sodium bacon (0 carbs) and a cup of decaf coffee with a teaspoon of cream for breakfast. At lunch I will be having about half of my allotted vegetables (veggies and dip mmmm), and the other half with my dinner.
And I will be hitting the gym tonight with the boyfriend, lifting weights and doing some cardio... going to work on those challenges!!! Why did I sign up for the lunges challenge?
Haha... I will overcome my hatred for them!!!!
