  • SILK Soy Milk on Induction????

I'm on day 4 and have dropped 8 lbs (I know it's mostly water weight).ensive

I'm a huge milk drinker and I love Plain Light SILK brand soy milk. I checked the ingrediants and it doesn't list any sugars but it says it has 6g of it??? 1 cup has 8 carbs, is this allowed during Induction?

    Ingrediants:
    Silk - Light Plain, Half-Gallon
Filtered Water, Soy Four, Naturally Milled Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Calcium Carbonate, Sea Salt, Natural Flavors, Carrageenan, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12.

Soy milk is made by grinding whole soybeans, adding water and filtering out the solids. It's a mixture of the starchy carbs/natural sugars of the soybean and water. So, it's not allowed during Induction. It can be added during OWL.
