  • 4/7 What's Everyone Eating Today??

    Hope no minds these threads...I get inspiration seeing what others are having today on induction!! So what are you all eating??

    Breakfast...made another Denver Omelet for breakfast because I still had chopped up peppers and onions from yesterdays.

    Snack....Made that Flaxseed Muffin generously spread with butter. OMG I have to say that was amazing. The touch of cinnamon really made it a nice treat for me.

    Lunch...Having another bowl from my last batch of Mock Potatoe Soup and might sprinkle it with some bacon to add some protein to it. Not sure yet.

    No clue what my afternoon snack is going to be. Maybe a small salad with some tuna.

    Dinner...Chicken breasts on the grill with shredded brocoli and cabbage salad.




    Mini Goals:
    212 lbs. (10% of me gone)
    175 lbs. (halfway point)
    157 lbs. (old average weight)
    135 lbs. (High end of my ideal range)
    125 lbs. (Almost there)

    I tried the dinner for breakfast thing today for the first time. I had a cheeseburger and some italian style broccoli for breakfast. really the first time i have had lunch for breakfast. a little strange but it was a nice change from eggs.+

    lunch i had sliced steak with onions and mushrooms sauteed in olive oil.

    for dinner im throwing a dozen wings on the grill and im thinking i will munch on some celery or have a salad while they are cookin up.

      Breakfast was a sausage, egg and cheese bowl with green peppers and onions
      Lunch- I had turkey dipped in mayo and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers with ranch dressing.
      Dinner is Garlic roast chicken, roasted green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper and shallots.

      Snack I had a piece of cheddar cheese.
      Mini Goals
      139- Met 2/10/10
      135- Met 2/25/10
      130- Met 3/21/10
      129- So I can say I am in the 120s- Met 3/29/10 128.7lbs yay
      125- 4/20/10 5 to go!
      120 Goal!-
