  • I found some Induction Friendly "crackers"

These "crackers" are made out of parmesan cheese. They have other ingredients some times like flax or sesame seeds. I got the Flax ones. 1 carb per 3 crackers, and they are a fair size!

I am sure they are easy enough to duplicate/make, and I will probably have to take a gander at that recipe collection, but I thought I would mention it here.

I used them last night in my Tuna Melts - mmmmmm!!!!

I am Canadian - I bought them in Save On Foods. I am sure they would be available in the States too. They are pretty pricey though, I will warn you. Let's hope there is a duplicatable recipe!

I apologize if you guys all know about these already!

No sugar. The brand is "Kitchen Table Bakers". It says "The cracker made entirely of cheese" on it.

Looking at their website they seem 'legal' - in fact exactly the same as the ones we make ourselves here
Aged Parmesan Gourmet Wafer Crisps - The Kitchen Table Bakers

Remember that we have a limit of 3-4 ounces of cheese a day, and 3 crackers = 15 grams, so 6 crackers would be roughly one ounce of your cheese allowance.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
