I started Induction about 3 wks ago and I fell off of the plan. I restarted on Monday with a new approach to temptation(It is no longer an option). So far its going really well. Yesterday was our 3rd Wedding Anniv., and my Hubby had to work so were going out tonight to celebrate. I was happy until about 10 min ago, nothing in my closet seems as though it fits, everything looks wide on me, and not cute. Tonight I wanted to feel sexy and look sexy at the same time, I'm so not feeling that at the moment. Well this little incident has given me an even more clearer perception on my weight loss journey. So I say thanks to my tight fitting clothes for giving me even More Willpower!!!
