    i am back again .everytime i have success and i throw it away for some crazy craving. i realized i was not tuned in to what i wanted .
    this time i am doing it different , i am not thinking of numbers , but try to be consistent with my exercise plan and diet plan. i was too focus how much i lost that i lost the plot completely. today is day 5 of induction doing fine, i think i am having less veges . gonna increse it from today . 3cups its gonna be!!!



    start weight =114 kgs
    goal weight =80 kgs

    1st goal-under 110 achvd (6/12/09)

    2nd goal -under 105
    3rd goal - under 100
