I made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious!
If your on Induction it does use the max 3 TBl of heavy cream per serving.
Serves 2
4 4oz Tilapia fillets - Broil in oven with freshly ground sea salt and pepper until white and flaky.
Heat in small pot on stove.
1.5 Tbl of butter
6 tbl of heavy cream
1/3C fresh grated parmesan cheese
pepper and nutmeg to taste
6 cooked and peeled shrimp that have been chopped into small pieces.
Divide sauce over fillets and serve.
