Hi there I am new to this forum but just wanted to share. I found a diet lemonade in asda with sucralose not aspartame. I know sweetner is limited but at least I can have a glass every now and then and not feel like I am missing out.

Lemonade has lemon in it? We are allowed a bit of lemon 2-3 tbs. And real lemon in carby. So be careful.

Hi Liv thanks for the reply. I know about the lemon hence why only a glass every now and then. I can give up cola easily but lemonade is something which for me will be a nice refreshing treat even if it is only occasionally

As Liv said, we are allowed a small amount of lemon juice on induction, so assuming the other ingredients are also induction 'legal' it could be a part of your menus.
Remember that we are alowed up to 3 'servings' of sweetener a day in what we eat or drink, and one serving of a soft drink is normally 8 fluid ounces.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I never thought of that atkinsgal... really good idea will give it a try as I drink loads of water. Is lemon juice in a bottle ok do you know?Comment
