On day 4 here (sort of - had caffeine on day 1!)
Egg yolks upset my stomach. Therefore, I use egg whites. I was wondering if it would be better or make no difference if I use egg substitutes? Not necessarily for carb counting, but which is actually healthier/better for you?
Also, anyone cook eggs in "batches"? I'd like to have some pre-made scramble eggs ready to nuke before I go to work. I have no idea how long cooked eggs should last.
