    Hi again,
    I'm so depress now. I keep on yo-yo-ing back and forth. As of today I am 184.2..and last time I was 182. I gained 2 lbs. It seems like I never go lower than 182. I just keep on gaining 1 or 2 lbs then it goes back to 182, but never lower than that. I don't know if its the crystal lite that i keep mixing with my water or if I am consuming too much water. Can anyone tell me. I am still eating according to the introduction.

    You should list your meals to get some assistance from the more senior board members and mods on your plan.

        only you can determine oif the crystal lite is an issue for you cut it out for a week and see what happens.

        Did you change anythiong in your eating or exercise between the 182 and the 184 weight?

        how are your inches doing? arer you still shedding body fat working your atkins even as the scales don't reward you?
