    extra thick cream

    hi everyone,
    i have bought some real dairy cream extra thick
    protein content 0.8g and carbohydrate 1.4g 250g
    is this ok to have and how much ????

      Yes you can have 3 tablespoons per day.

              First read the ingredients and make sure they didn't add any starches to it to make it "extra thick".
