    Breakfast today

Tall Breve Latte made with heavy cream instead of half & Half.
3 scrambled eggs with cheeze & green pepper
    2 pork sausage links

I can tell I've lost inches - but only 2 lbs in my first week. I can button pants that I couldn't last week. This is encouraging - but wish I'd lose more weight. I don't excercise except for walking 1/2 mile to and from work.

I started week 2 of induction yesterday...any suggestions to re-boost induction? Too much heavy cream in the latte (probably 4-6 oz)
    Thanks!

I'd suggest cutting the latte. You may also want to check the ingredients of your sausage to check for sugars or fillers.

Inches lost = fat lost no matter what those pesky scales tell you
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
