Hey ladies & gents,
I have just finished the 1st week of my induction, and successfully lost 3lb in weight. I am chuffed to bits, but wondering if I'm eating enough?
Since starting the Atkins Diet, I find I'm not as hungry as I normally would be at meal times. Please have a gander at my menu today, all advice welcome as I have seen a lot of posts advising people to " eat more fat and vegetables as this will help weight loss". I don't think I am doing this:
Breakfast
2 egg omlette with cream
2 rasher of bacon
Lunch
1/2 Smoked Sausage
Cup of Spice/Herb tea
Dinner
2 x pork chops
cup of brocolli
I am also drinking lots of water. If I am indeed, needing to eat more, please advise me of any good additional things to add to my daily meals.
Many thanks in advance for your help!
xx
P.S I really need to buy a book on Atkins, as googling everything is driving me nuts!

Remember Atkins (though called a 'diet') is not just a weightloss regime but a 'diet' in the oldfashioned way of meaning it is a way of eating (WOE)
