Does Anyone know Why you can only have 1 tlbs of flaxseed meal on Induction ??
The reason I am asking is because I was told I could take it for my bm problem... However I didnt read this before I made a min muffin and used 1/4 cup
the muffin was delicious,, with cinnamon and cream cheese)
Now I am worried it is going to slow me down. I am on day 7 of induction and have been doing everything I am suppose to.. and I am drinking 8-15 20oz glasses of water aday.
Should I be worried ?

Sometimes I even split it in thirds!
