    Tofu on induction

    Can you eat tofu during induction? I can't find the answer anywhere. I don't have the new book yet.

    Yes you can but it is limited to 3-4 oz. Atkins lumps it in with cheese in the book. Count the carbs towards the total of the day

      Thanks for the information--I've been in Phase 1 for 3 weeks and needing some variety so that helps.
